Today, we spent much time reviewing what we've been learning this month. Also it was Brooke's first time in this class. Welcome Brooke! Now, we have a total of ten little friends joined in. However, the average class turnout each week has been around 6-7. So it worked out just fine.
We reviewed numbers and body parts, as well as some of the nursery songs. We played a new game, in which the students pass a toy microphone while someone is beating a drum; whoever gets the microphone when the drum stops then must do a little performance by singing a Chinese song in front of the group. For sure we'll expand our song inventory over time.
A "new" song we learned today was: Where Are My Friends? (Depends on the attendance, it may not be a brand-new one to some students.) Here's a link to this song online:
